Dear Friends & Colleagues,

DEERFIELD ASSOCIATES is a highly specialized retained executive search firm. We’re a boutique firm, dedicated exclusively to senior leadership administrative searches in education.

Now in our 20th year, with 500+ searches completed, we are best known for our high-quality personalized service, confidentiality, and most importantly for our ability to recruit and deliver to each hiring client the very best candidate. Recruiting talented and experienced professionals during the pandemic has presented both challenges and opportunities. Our search team’s tremendous depth of knowledge and experience has served our valued hiring clients year after year. For us at DEERFIELD ASSOCIATES, it is all about the right match for the hiring client and the candidate of choice. deerfieldassociates.com.

From 2015 – 2020 DEERFIELD ASSOCIATES successfully completed one-hundred and seventeen (117) searches. Of the total number of hires during this period, forty (40) candidates recruited by us involved relocation for the new opportunity. Our ability to efficiently recruit seasoned professionals who relocate speaks to our ability to engage, assess, and encourage candidates of choice. Be assured that Deerfield Associates’ commitment to you is quality over quantity.

We take great pride that 92% of our 136 clients in education have returned to us for additional search work. Repeat business from hiring clients is the best indicator of high-quality search work.
